Terms

  • All items faux leather items listed are RTS (ready to sell). Fabric items are usually made-to-order, though I will have some of the fabric items premade. It is your responsibility to measure your head for headbands/wraps to ensure you receive the correct size!
  • Custom bows are available, please email alohababybowtique@gmail.com or message us on the Aloha Baby Bowtique Facebook page.
  • Join the VIP group on Facebook to see sneak peeks of upcoming collections and find discount codes!
  • TAT (turn around time) for RTS Items is usually 7-10 days business days (doesn’t include holidays or weekends), not including mail time.  TAT for made to order/custom items is 10-14 business days (doesn’t include holidays or weekends), not including mail time. We will let you know if your order will go beyond that period for any reason. 

  • If your order consists of both RTS and made-to-order bows, it will ship at the 10-14 business day TAT (see above). We will not ship separately, unless you pay the extra shipping charges. 

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges, due to sanitation reasons. If you do have any concerns regarding your order, please contact alohababybowtique@gmail.com. Please include any pictures that may help us better understand the issue at hand and we will resolve it on a case-by-case basis. 

  • All items are made in a smoke free, but dog friendly home. If you are allergic to dogs, please use your discretion when purchasing. We are not responsible for any issues that arise due to allergies. 

  • Please be aware that our items could be considered a choking hazard for small children. Do not leave children unsupervised while wearing our product, and remove products when children are sleeping. We are not responsible for what children do with our product. 

  • All orders shipped in the United States are a flat rate $4 per order, or free with the purchase of $50+ (after discounts). Insurance will be included with your shipping. We are not responsible for lost packages once the item is received by USPS. If a package is lost, you must file a report with USPS. 
  • Remember to enter your discount code! No changes can be made once the payment has been submitted for an order! I will not refund you for this error!
  • Due to restrictions on the website design, some items may be refunded due to overselling. For example, if a faux leather bow gives an option for clip or nylon, there’s usually only one bow available on clip OR nylon. Not one on a clip and one on a nylon.
  • If an item doesn’t have the option for clip or nylon, it’s because the bow already has an alligator clip attached. I may be able to make a custom order with a nylon, but you will need to reach out to us via Facebook or email.
